Vanta is looking for a VP, Professional Services to build its Professional Services function from the ground up, defining delivery methodology, service offerings, pricing model, and team structure. The role will own the end-to-end delivery of implementation and consultative engagements, driving measurable outcomes for customers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in SaaS Professional Services or consulting, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a high-growth software and/or AI company
  • Proven builder of PS organizations from scratch
  • Track record of owning services revenue, scoping, pricing, and selling professional services engagements
  • AI-forward mindset, actively using AI tools to drive team productivity and delivery quality
  • Strong operator, building processes, implementing tools, and using data to drive decisions
  • Executive presence, navigating complex enterprise customer relationships and serving as a credible partner to C-suite stakeholders
