Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to help build, scale, and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers the UserTesting platform. You will play a key role in ensuring our systems are fast, reliable, and secure—while enabling our developers to ship with confidence. You will join a team that values automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement—where your ideas will help shape the next generation of our developer experience.

What You Will Do

• Design and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform and modern IaC practices.
• Deploy and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes (EKS).
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Improve automation, monitoring, and observability across environments.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to deliver scalable, reliable systems.
• Advocate for DevOps best practices and mentor teammates in automation and cloud excellence.

What You Bring

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure roles for cloud-based SaaS platforms.
• Strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Expertise in CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Skilled in Terraform, scripting (Python, Bash), and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• A passion for automation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
