We're looking for a passionate Field Marketer to join our marketing team and help us grow our footprint across the East Coast.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field marketing programs across the East Coast, including regional events, meetups, executive dinners, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate closely with sales and demand generation to drive regional pipeline and accelerate deal velocity.
- Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional materials for all in-person and hybrid field events.
- Customize campaign messaging for regional audiences in alignment with brand and product marketing.
- Measure performance of field programs and optimize based on insights and data.
- Build a strong presence for Upwind within key East Coast tech hubs and industry groups.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in field marketing or event marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, preferably in cybersecurity or DevOps.
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline through regional programs.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the East Coast region.
