Upstream Rehabilitation is looking for an experienced Telehealth Occupational Therapist to join our team!

What will you do in this role…

  • Utilize Upstream’s Telehealth platform (Raintree Connect) to provide Occupational Therapy telehealth services to patients
  • Conduct virtual evaluations (and re-evaluations) to develop a personalized treatment plan with measurable goals and alter as needed
  • Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and support (monitor patient compliance)
  • Guide and instruct patients on therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and function
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient documentation and records

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current or pending Georgia state licensure
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Telehealth
  • Cognitive therapy and outpatient hand/wrist experience preferred
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for virtual sessions
