About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer to support our fast-paced Marketing team. This part-time contract role (approximately 15 hours per week) is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can deliver high-quality assets on-demand. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Marketing and Sales to design digital and occasional print materials that are visually compelling, on-brand, and support our business goals.
What You'll Do
- Design a wide range of digital marketing materials, including:
- Display and social ad units
- Web landing pages and graphics
- Sales collateral (marketing slicks, sell sheets, presentations)
- Branded content such as case studies, blog visuals, and guides
- Create physical assets such as:
- Event signage
- Print collateral (as needed)
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across deliverables
- Act as a steward of our visual identity—ensuring every asset reflects brand tone, color, typography, and messaging
- Collaborate with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to understand project goals and timelines
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, with attention to detail and deadlines
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, AI prompt design, or comparable design tools
- Experience designing for B2B marketing and/or sales enablement (preferred)
- Skilled in copywriting and content design, with experience leveraging AI tools
- Background in B2B, SaaS, or tech-driven environments
- Familiarity with performance marketing design strategies (e.g., creating and testing A/B creative assets)
- Self-motivated and responsive, able to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Strong communicator who works independently and embraces feedback

Additional Info
- This is a long-term remote contractor role, estimated at approximately 15 hours per week.
- We're looking for a reliable, proactive, and creative partner—someone who can hit the ground running and adapt as our needs evolve.
Compensation
We are open to either a flat-rate (project-based) or hourly rate, depending on your experience and the scope of work. To keep the scope clear and efficient, we typically include 1–2 rounds of revisions per deliverable.
Interview Process
- 30-minute phone screen to discuss your background, experience, and interest in the role
- 1-hour portfolio review with two members of the hiring team to walk through relevant work and discuss your creative approach
- Reference check with a previous client or stakeholder familiar with your work
