Our client is a global financial services company that provides financial and tax consultancy for local and international businesses.

We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant for their growing organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding Services:

• Define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Conduct thorough candidate sourcing, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Lead candidate screening, interviews, and assessments, ensuring a rigorous selection process that aligns with clients' organizational values and objectives.
• Advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive recruitment strategies.
• Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for clients to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their respective roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create onboarding plans that align with organizational culture and values.
• Conduct post-onboarding evaluations to gather feedback and make continuous improvements to the onboarding process.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• Similar experience in Human Resources and motivation to learn more about the field
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, ATS, and other platforms is a plus
• Experience using HRIS and other HR Management systems is a bonus
• Knowledge of benefits administration, change management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English is a MUST
• Must be dependable, able to work independently, and stay on task
• Positive and team player personality, enjoys working with people
• Strong attention to meticulous details
• Fast learner, ability to master new concepts quickly

⭐This position will work in a fully-remote, home office set up
