Recruitment and Onboarding Services:
- Define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate sourcing, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Lead candidate screening, interviews, and assessments, ensuring a rigorous selection process that aligns with clients' organizational values and objectives.
- Advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive recruitment strategies.
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for clients to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their respective roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create onboarding plans that align with organizational culture and values.
- Conduct post-onboarding evaluations to gather feedback and make continuous improvements to the onboarding process.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields
- Similar experience in Human Resources and motivation to learn more about the field
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, ATS, and other platforms is a plus
- Experience using HRIS and other HR Management systems is a bonus
- Knowledge of benefits administration, change management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English is a MUST
- Must be dependable, able to work independently, and stay on task
- Positive and team player personality, enjoys working with people
- Strong attention to meticulous details
- Fast learner, ability to master new concepts quickly
