Associate Vice President, Revenue Operations

About the Role:

As we continue to rapidly scale our revenue and sales organization, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven revenue operations leader who can help lead us through the next phase of growth by owning productivity, process, and execution across revenue generating functions. The AVP of Revenue Operations will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales and have extensive enterprise sales success and a strong history of thriving in business.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the sales process and tech stack while working cross-functionally to ensure a successful demand generation process
• Provide the framework for tracking and analyzing metrics that enable the health and continuous improvement of the Sales and Customer Success organizations
• Identify gaps in the Sales and Customer Success organizations and provide solutions to fill these voids ensuring we exceed goals and revenue targets
• Own the accuracy of the pipeline and forecast. Always be able to answer three questions – are we going to hit our goals for the quarter, are we going to hit our goals for the year, and what decisions do we need to make or blockers to remove to help each person and/or the organization exceed expectations
• Think long term by developing and executing strategies for things such as goal structure and compensation, resource planning, territory definition, and team structure. Build and own the annual sales plan and performance plan
• Maintain accurate dashboards in the CRM tool for sales pipeline, forecast, individuals performance analysis, etc.
• Participate and create Sales and Customer Success training for onboarding and team growth in partnership with Learning & Development
• Own the operational handoff of new clients to the Unite Us implementation team.
• Manage and build a Revenue Operations team to support the growing demands of the business leveraging current internal resources and new hires

You’re a great fit for this role if:

• 6+ years of Revenue Operations (Sales and Customer Success) or similar experience with 3+ years in a senior leadership role at a high growth B2B SaaS company. Strategy consulting experience is a plus
• Deep experience implementing sales technology and methodologies
• Extensive experience rolling out programs and processes across a large number of people
• Highly organized; above-excellent communication skills with a high focus on building relationships with prospects and clients. You should be a clear writer and a compelling speaker.
• Experience making formal presentations to the executive leadership of large institutions.
• Expertise within the Healthcare and/or Government market and ability to be the company’s subject matter expert.
• Ability to maintain a deep understanding of the sales pipeline, trends, potential risk.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Entrepreneurial and self-sufficient with the ability to set priorities and work independently when it is needed.
• Team-oriented, works well in an account team setting that includes sales support & operations, marketing, and product.
• Fast learner who is very comfortable using and discussing technologies.
• Resourceful and fast-paced listener for initial discovery of tasks in sales environment to understand prospect needs.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

• This position is remote, U.S. based
• The target pay range for this role is: $170,000 - 195,000. This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies, as well as location.
