Onboarding Advisor

At UENI, we create amazing websites for our customers, and as an Onboarding Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers have a smooth and successful start with their websites. Your primary responsibility will be to guide our customers through a 1-hour video call, helping them learn how to use their websites effectively and empowering them to make the most of their online presence.

Responsibilities & Tasks to be performed:

As an Onboarding Advisor at UENI, your duties will include:

• Customer Onboarding: Conduct 1-hour video calls with new customers to walk them through the features and functionalities of their newly created websites.

• Tailored Guidance: Provide personalized guidance based on each customer's unique business needs and goals, ensuring they fully understand how to manage and update their website.

• Troubleshooting: Assist customers in resolving any technical issues or challenges they may encounter during the onboarding process.

• Education: Educate customers on best practices for website management, including content updates, SEO optimization, and online marketing strategies.

• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve our onboarding process and provide valuable insights to our product and development teams.

• Documentation: Create and maintain onboarding documentation and resources to help customers navigate their websites independently.

Requirements

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

• Customer Service Experience or Sales: Prior experience in customer service, support, sales, or a related role is preferred.

• Tech-Savvy: Basic technical proficiency and a willingness to learn about website building and digital marketing.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language skills may be a plus.

• Availability: The hours for this position will vary depending on business requirements. However, it is essential that the person who is chosen for this role can work 8 hours uninterrupted per day, up to 5 days per week, with 1 of the days on either Saturday or Sunday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM EST).
