Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design work
- Proven experience applying human-centered design principles
- Experience designing for mobile applications and/or marketplace platforms
- Proven experience improving conversion, retention, or engagement metrics in real products
