Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of progressive HRIS experience, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration, administration, and support and demonstrable experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (configuration, data integration, budgeting/forecasting models, and reporting).
- Workday certification (HCM Core, Reporting, or relevant modules) is highly preferred; candidates with deep practical experience in both platforms will also be strongly considered.
- Fluency in English is required (excellent written and verbal communication for direct US customer interaction). Spanish is strongly preferred; Portuguese is a plus.
- Solid understanding of US HR practices, multi-state payroll, labor legislation, and compliance requirements (in addition to LATAM knowledge).
- Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
