TXOne Networks began in 2019 as a joint venture involving Trend Micro to address a gap in conventional cybersecurity: many enterprise defenses were not designed for operational technology, where production continuity, legacy equipment, and specialized industrial protocols create unique constraints. The founding team set out to build security that could protect industrial control systems and other OT environments without introducing unnecessary operational disruption.

Since then, TXOne has evolved into an operations-first OT security company serving more than 3,600 industrial deployments worldwide.
