We collect data from patients before every session and share insights with both the patient and the therapist to inform clinical decisions and track progress. We offer a hybrid care model, combining the convenience of virtual therapy with the depth of in-person sessions in select locations, giving patients the flexibility to choose how they engage with their mental health care.
