Educational Marketing Assistant (Social Media Focussed)- Brazil

Location: Brazil (Any part) 100% remote work-from-home position. (Must permanently live and have the right to work in Brazil to be considered for this role)

Pay Rate: $6.50 USD per hour (Paid via PayPal monthly)

Contract: 12 month contract with an extension highly likely - Self-employed contractor. Responsible for own taxes. No benefits.

The Role:

As a Marketing Assistant for Twinkl Brazil, you’ll work creating viral TikTok video content and engaging posts for our social media channels. You will be a passionate social media enthusiast with digital marketing experience. You will bring video content to life for educators through engaging posts, social groups, and relatable content.

You will be responsible for ideating and creating posts and video content for our main channels and posting at key times of day for optimal engagement. You’ll be responsible for growing our channels and successfully implementing marketing campaigns aimed at new and established customers.

Your finger must be on the pulse of social trends in education!

You’ll develop an in-depth understanding of the Twinkl brand, voice, mission, and vision and make sure that your content meets the needs of our target audience - educators of Educação Infantil and Ensino Fundamental Anos Iniciais - through relevant and appropriate messaging.

Requirements

To succeed in the role, you will have the following skillset:

• Social media fanatic with a great sense of humour!
• Compelling, entertaining, relatable persona - you cannot be camera shy for this role!
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of main social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Native level of speaking, spelling, punctuation, and grammar in Brazilian Portuguese.
• Excellent English language skills - B2 - C2+ both written and spoken.
• Goal-oriented and results-focused.
• Ability to connect quickly and authentically with our focus market - educators & parents!
