Twilio is seeking a Technical Support Engineer 2 to support customers using their Programmable Messaging product. The role involves providing expert customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with teams, and keeping up-to-date with industry best practices. The position requires a strong understanding of complex technologies and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Requirements

  • Bilingual English & Japanese (both written and spoken)
  • Kanji (Japanese writing) proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role
  • Functional knowledge of the Web ecosystem
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to professionally address customer concerns
  • Excellent reading comprehension, listening, and writing skills
  • APAC hours between 6:30AM - 3:30PM (IST)
