Requirements
- Bilingual English & Japanese (both written and spoken)
- Kanji (Japanese writing) proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role
- Functional knowledge of the Web ecosystem
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to professionally address customer concerns
- Excellent reading comprehension, listening, and writing skills
- APAC hours between 6:30AM - 3:30PM (IST)
