Twilio is seeking a technical leader for a team of Solutions Engineers in our Twilio Communications business. As Sr Manager, Solutions Engineering, you will manage a team of Solutions Engineers and be accountable for their development, performance, and operating model within the go-to-market organisation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience within the SaaS or CPaaS industry
  • 3+ years of previous people leadership experience or equivalent experience as a senior individual contributor / lead
  • Proven track record of building high performance teams and leading by example
