In this high-impact role, youll lead a team of buyers and sourcing agents to drive procurement operations, vendor performance, and inventory efficiency across multiple U.S. distribution facilities. Procurement & Supply Chain Manager (inventory mgmt. exp. across multiple sites req.) Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support a team of buyers, sourcing agents, and expeditors
Manage team schedules, supplier assignments, performance reviews, and training programs
Review requisitions and issue purchase orders
Coordinate procurement of materials, parts, and services across multiple locations
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and resolve escalated supplier-related issues
Maintain accurate documentation and ISO-compliant procedures
Analyze purchasing metrics and implement strategies for efficiency and cost control
Assist Director during absences and lead process improvements
Travel 12 times annually to vendors, tradeshows, or branch sites

Procurement & Supply Chain Manager (inventory mgmt. exp. across multiple sites req.) Qualifications

5+ years of domestic & international purchasing, procurement or supply chain experience required
5+ years of managing, coaching and training procurement or buying teams experience required
Experience managing a high-volume of SKUs and inventory across multiple sites required
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills required
Proficiency with ERP systems required
