In joining us as a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of a growing Global PMO team, serving our clients across a diverse range of industries and geographies. You will be managing projects in Security (SAP and Non-SAP Related), GRC, CyberSecurity and Identity Access Management.
About You
We are seeking mature, independent, proactive and ambitious individuals who are driven to make a meaningful contribution to Turnkey Consulting. While a background in Information Security is advantageous, it is not mandatory. What matters most is your intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness and a strong can-do attitude.
Key Attributes We Are Looking For
- Minimum 8 years experience in project management, delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Honours Degree or Advanced Diploma in an IT-related discipline.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification; ITIL certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance and structured delivery practices.
- Working knowledge of Agile, DevOps and modern IT operations practices.
- Familiarity with SAP Security, GRC and broader CyberSecurity concepts is an added advantage.
- Ability to lead and motivate large, diverse project teams across multiple regions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in an international environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: goal-driven, assertive and able to cut through ambiguity.
- Ability to stay composed and effective under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong planning discipline.
- Strong strategic awareness and ability to connect day-to-day execution with broader business goals.
What to Expect (Role Responsibilities)
- Provide structured governance, manage steering sessions and deliver concise executive reporting.
- Lead and manage steering committees, ensuring issues and decisions are surfaced and resolved efficiently.
- Maintain all project artefacts, including RAID logs, requirements specifications and delivery documentation.
- Able to translate business language from formal documents and client conversations into actionable project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, protection and audit readiness requirements.
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through delivery and closure.
- Define project scope, delivery approach and budgets in alignment with organisational priorities.
- Build detailed project plans, track milestones and maintain schedule and quality.
- Produce clear, actionable project documents following PM best practices and organisational standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to design and implement solutions.
- Manage escalation pathways and lead recovery planning when issues arise.
- Support change management, business readiness and stakeholder adoption.
- Anticipate risks early, define mitigation strategies and prevent delivery impacts.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management standards, tools and methodologies.
- Ensure outcomes are fully embedded, sustained and aligned with intended business value.
