As anMuleSoft Architectat TSPi, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing highly scalable, efficient, and reliable integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for designing integration solutions, guiding the development team, and ensuring the successful delivery of MuleSoft-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to analyze requirements and design robust integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform that meet scalability, performance, security, and reliability standards.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring they adhere to best practices, design patterns, and coding standards while implementing MuleSoft-based integrations.

  • Integration Development: Develop and configure MuleSoft integrations, APIs, connectors, and other components to connect various applications, data sources, and systems, maintaining data consistency and integrity.

  • API Management: Design, deploy, and manage APIs using MuleSoft API Manager to enable seamless communication between applications and systems, enforcing security policies and managing API lifecycles.

  • Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and fine-tune integration solutions to ensure optimal system performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Security and Governance: Implement security measures and governance practices to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.

  • Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve complex integration issues, providing support to development and operations teams as needed.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest MuleSoft features, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve integration solutions and development processes.

Required Skills

Candidates applying for this role should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • MuleSoft Expertise: In-depth experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Mule ESB, API Manager, Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, and other related technologies.

  • Integration Architecture: Proven track record in designing and implementing complex integration solutions, API-led architectures, and enterprise service buses.

  • API Development: Strong proficiency in creating RESTful and SOAP APIs, as well as knowledge of RAML and OAS specifications.

  • Integration Patterns: Familiarity with various integration patterns and their appropriate use in different scenarios, such as synchronous/asynchronous messaging, batch processing, pub/sub, etc.

  • Enterprise Systems: Understanding of enterprise application integration with ERP systems, CRM systems, databases, cloud platforms, and other third-party applications.

  • Security and Governance: Knowledge of security protocols, encryption, OAuth, SSL, and experience implementing governance policies for API management.

  • Coding and Scripting:Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or other relevant programming languages for custom development and transformations.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex integration challenges and provide innovative solutions.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Additional Preferred Skills

Candidates with the following skills and experience will be given preference:

  • MuleSoft Certifications: Any MuleSoft certifications, such as MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Architect, would be a significant advantage.

  • Cloud Integration: Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud scenarios.

  • DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Data Integration: Knowledge of data integration techniques, ETL processes, and data modeling concepts.

  • Agile Methodology:Previous experience working in Agile development environments and understanding of Agile principles.

  • Team Leadership:Previous experience leading technical teams or managing integration projects.
