Machine Learning Engineer (GenAI & Multimodal Systems) - Creative Tech Studio (C

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of next-generation multimodal and generative AI systems. You will work across the full lifecycle — research, experimentation, training, optimization, deployment, and monitoring — to build models that understand and generate content across text, images, and audio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of machine learning engineering experience
• Strong practical experience with multimodal models (text-to-image, image-to-text, cross-modal retrieval, etc.)
• Deep expertise in either computer vision or NLP with readiness to work across modalities
• Hands-on experience with generative model architectures: diffusion models, transformer-based models, or GANs
• Expert-level Python skills and extensive experience using PyTorch and the Hugging Face ecosystem (Transformers, Diffusers, Accelerate)
• Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production, including serving, scaling, and monitoring
• Experience with cloud ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and experimentation skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse teams
