About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team and support our sales team in achieving their full potential. The Sales Enablement Manager is a pivotal role within our sales organization, responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to be successful. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales processes, a knack for developing impactful training programs, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies and programs that enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Create and deliver training programs, including onboarding, product training, sales skills development, and ongoing education.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, Revops to develop and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources such as competitor battlecards, sales decks and proposal decks.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in sales skills, knowledge, and processes, and develop solutions to address these gaps.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain usage of technology and tools, ensuring they are utilized effectively by the sales team.
  • Analyze current prospecting practices, identify areas of improvement, and train teams to achieve volume excellence.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 2-3 years in a sales enablement role.
  • Proven track record of success as an individual contributor in a sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a sales team.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs, both in-person and virtually.
  • Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and/or role relative experience

Preferred Qualifications, but not required:

  • Experience in Travel Tech.
  • Certification in sales training programs (e.g., Meddic, SPIN Selling, Sandler Training).
  • Experience with content creation and management tools.
