- Building the sales pipeline by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities (SQLs) through outbound prospecting.
- Initiating the first contact with a prospect and qualifying their interest.
- Owning the first point of contact with a potential customer as the intermediary between marketing and sales.
- Holding intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email.
- Scheduling discovery meetings for the Sales Department.
- Driving and facilitating effective cross-functional teamwork with Marketing and Sales.
You are ready if you have...
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales and/or Business Development Representative roles (experience in Logistics is a nice-to-have but not mandatory)
- Fluent/Proficient level of English and German (a must-have). Any additional language would be a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills.
- Critical thinking and analytical problem solving skills.
- A self-starter personality with the desire to learn, grow, and excel in the role.
