Transport & Logistics Business Unit: In the Transportation & Logistics segment, our solutions make it safer, simpler and more efficient to move freight—bringing together a global network of shippers, carriers, brokers and 3PLs.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of the sales cycle, directly influencing our market expansion by identifying qualified opportunities and shaping the digital transformation of the logistics industry.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Fuel the Pipeline: Identify and create high-value qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting.
• Master the Conversation: Lead intelligent, engaging discovery calls and email campaigns to qualify interest and build rapport with potential partners.
• Bridge the Gap: Act as the critical intermediary between Marketing and Sales to facilitate seamless cross-functional teamwork.
• Showcase Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Transporeon’s product offerings to help prospects solve complex logistics challenges.

Essential Skills & Experience

• English Proficiency: Professional fluency in English (C1/C2) is required for this role. French would be a plus (but not mandatory)
• Sales Foundation:You bring at least 1 year of experience in a Sales or Business Development Representative (BDR) role
• Communication Mastery: You possess excellent negotiation and active listening skills with a knack for building relationships.
• Growth Mindset: You are a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and excel within a fast-paced career incubator.

Bonus Points For:

• Prior experience or knowledge within the Logistics, Supply Chain or SaaS industry.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
