The Recruiting Coordinator/Level 1 Recruiter is responsible for supporting the Recruiting department with administrative tasks, sourcing, interviewing and dispositioning candidates, and ensuring a smooth new hire experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, AA preferred
- 1-3 years recruiting experience in a manufacturing industry
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably JazzHR
- Experience with Docusign
