Movemedical's journey began when its founder, Bo Molocznik, with two decades of experience building global logistics software for 3PLs, was approached by his best friend, an orthopedic sales associate. The request was to build a communication and scheduling application for his distributor. This deep understanding led to the development of an app that was subsequently implemented by the Zimmer-affiliated distributor. This initial success marked the conception of what would become a leading software solution in the medical device industry.

The platform's potential quickly became apparent. After numerous head-to-head comparisons with other market options, Zimmer Biomet chose to roll out the application and desktop software to all its US distributors and other global markets. Recognizing the broader need for such a solution, the team at Movemedical embarked on a significant undertaking: rebuilding the platform multiple times from the ground up. This iterative process was driven by the vision of creating a user-agnostic solution that could serve the entire medical device industry, not just a single entity. This commitment to versatility and user-centric design has been a cornerstone of Movemedical's evolution. Today, Movemedical stands as a prominent enterprise software platform dedicated to optimizing medical device field inventory and sales enablement.
