Inside Sales Associates play a vital role in driving business growth. They make outbound calls, build relationships with prospects, generate leads, set appointments, close sales, and consistently meet key KPIs. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a structured yet dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and clients.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Generate leads and set appointments.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Accurately update CRM systems with client information and progress.

Requirements

  • Call center experience within the past 2 years (essential).
  • Ability to adapt English accent to American English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpretation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or equivalent software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or similar platforms.
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 MBPS download/upload) and functional home office setup.
  • A working computer (PC (Windows): Intel Core i3‑10100 / i3‑12100, or AMD Ryzen 3 3100 / 5300G with Windows 11. | Mac: Apple M1 chip (2020) or newer base M2 (2022) | Intel Mac: MacBook Pro 13‑inch (2020, Intel Core i5/i7) - the last Intel generation before M1).
  • 8 GB or more RAM (Random Access Memory) installed on your computer.
  • Quiet workspace suitable for professional phone or video calls.
