The role:
We’re on the lookout for a paid marketing specialist with a strong digital background. The core of your role will be Paid Search, namely Google & Bing, so experience here is critical.
You will also get the opportunity to work across other channels including Capterra, paid social and CRO.
It’s a varied and fun role where you can flex your current skills but also learn new ones and grow with the business. Your key stakeholders will be with our marketing manager, GM and sales team across AU and US.

Essential Skills / qualifications:
- Fluent level English
- 3+ years experience managing/executing Google & Bing Paid search
- Ability to run campaigns manually (this is very important) as well as via automation and bidding strategies.
- Experience with remarketing & display advertising
- Experience with the full suite of Google Paid Search products and confidently recommend and manage relevant ones.
- Strong reporting skills, analytical mindset, able to gain insights and actions from data.
Desired Skills:
- Marketing university degree or equivalent
- Experience with Hubspot (or at least with CRMs in general).
- Ad copy & landing page copy writing.
- Conversion rate optimisation experiments and landing page creation.
- Paid social: LinkedIn & Facebook.
- Capterra/Software advice PPC.
- Other marketing skills not listed.
