Philippines onlyAs a Paid Ads VA, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our paid media campaigns. You will be responsible for managing significant advertising budgets, scaling campaigns, and driving performance across various digital channels. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising, with experience in full-funnel marketing strategies. Experience with Twitter and Pinterest is a bonus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full-funnel media buying strategies to achieve client goals.
- Manage and scale advertising budgets of $10K+ per day, with a goal to quickly scale to $20K+ per day.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients via email and Slack.
- Ensure availability for at least 2-3 hours of overlap with PST working hours to facilitate communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role in digital advertising.
- Strong expertise in Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising platforms.
- Experience managing large advertising budgets and scaling campaigns.
- Knowledge of full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Twitter and Pinterest advertising is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Background in performance marketing or direct response advertising.
- Certification in Facebook Blueprint or other relevant digital advertising certifications.
