The successful candidate will lead customers through a structured onboarding process, execute high-impact customer onboarding, and standardize and scale onboarding workflows.
Requirements
- 2-5 years in onboarding, implementation, or programmatic media
- Strong understanding of media workflows (DSPs, PMPs, targeting)
- Excellent communicator and trainer
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
