Onboarding Team Lead

Numeral is hiring an Onboarding Team Lead to manage and scale their implementation engine. The role involves leading a team of 10+ Implementation Managers, refining playbooks, and ensuring a "white-glove" reputation. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and builds structure from chaos.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or operations
• At least 2+ years specifically managing or leading teams through high-growth phases
• Technical intuition and ability to discuss APIs, data migrations, and complex logic
• Proven ability to design workflows from scratch and iterate on them as the product evolves
• High ownership and bias for action
• Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders
