About the Opportunity:

The Principal Product Manager is a seniorstrategicleader within theCorporate Compliance Solutions and Financial Reporting product organization. This role shapes product strategy, operating practices, and team performance, delivering measurable in-market impact while helping scale our SaaS product business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop multiple Product Owners or team leads through coaching, mentoring, hiring, and onboarding.

  • Set consistent performance expectations and development plans across product teams.

  • Oversee execution across multiple product areas, improving delivery predictability and operating practices.

  • Align roadmaps and coordinate initiatives across product, platform, and shared teams.

  • Drive outcomes across geographies and matrixed teams, resolving dependencies and conflicts through influence, data, and negotiation.

  • Communicate effectively and asynchronously with global stakeholders to secure alignment and reducedeliverybottlenecks.

  • Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for the SaaS platform.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to prioritize enhancements and new features.

  • Own andmaintainthe product roadmap, balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and market trends.

  • Translate strategy into prioritized milestones, features, and releases.

  • Partner with engineering to estimate effort, plan sprints, and deliver releases.

  • Write and prioritize user stories, define acceptance criteria, and guide development execution.

  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI to deliver intuitive, user-centeredexperiences,leadusabilitytestingand iteration.

  • Engage cross-functional partners (executives, sales, marketing, customer support) to align priorities and requirements.

  • Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes with transparency.

  • Lead successful product launches andmonitorusage, feedback, and metrics to drive continuous optimization.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degreerequiredor equivalent experience

  • MBA or advanced technical degree preferred

  • 10+ years of product leadership experience delivering mission-critical software in an Agile environment

  • Experience withXBRL and/or SECcompliance products preferred

  • Proven success in customer development, product definition, feature scoping, and tradeoff management

  • Experience with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS; public, private, or multi-cloud) a strong plus

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, sales, and cross-functional teams

  • Adaptable, results-driven leader and hands-on contributor

We believe in compensating our dedicated team members fairly for their hard work and commitment. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
