Campaign Leader (Influencer Marketing)

👩‍💼 You will:

• Manage and develop a team of Campaign Managers
• Drive delivery, optimizations, and troubleshooting across influencer marketing campaigns
• Create and implement effective strategies to ensure timely and successful campaign outcomes
• Collaborate with Sales & Customer Success teams to provide data-driven insights and support
• Regularly monitor KPIs and campaign performance, delivering comprehensive reports
• Evaluate ROI and provide updates on project performance against targets

Requirements

• 4 years experience in digital marketing and campaign management
• 4 years experience as an Influencer Marketing lead (preferably TikTok)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights to a varied audience
• Proven track record in budget management, project management, and campaign evaluation
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
