As the Marketing Assistant within the Leaders team, you’ll work closely with Daisy Cave, Lead of The Senior Leaders Team at Twinkl, to ensure we are meeting the needs of the senior leaders market in the UK.
In this ever-changing educational climate, we provide consistent support, advice, and inspiration for senior leaders. This is a rapidly growing segment with a great deal of potential within the Twinkl brand. We work with a great deal of creative freedom, allowing us to respond quickly to the ever-changing needs of our market. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, develop and express their creative ideas to help us continually meet the needs of all leaders.
How you’ll spend your day:
- Engaging with our market on social media, sharing useful content, and responding to customers. We are also looking for creative ideas to increase our reach by looking for new opportunities through our social media accounts.
- Working collaboratively within the leaders team to source and book interesting educational thought leaders for our weekly Live Chat, podcasts and monthly Teachmeets.
- Editing multimedia content e.g. Podcasts and video clips.

- Daisy Cave - Lead of The Senior Leaders Team at Twinkl
- The leader's team, thought leadership, wider team meetings and product marketing . All are highly skilled specialists in their own segment. We come together to share our expertise and to grow our own segment.
- The whole of Twinkl. As this role is so varied, you will be drawing on and learning from experts in their own field across the business.

Requirements
To succeed in the role, you will:
- Be a person who thinks creatively and is able to communicate your ideas to other team members.
- Have the ability to think innovatively and find creative solutions to problems, as well as stepping up and taking the lead when necessary.
- Experience in marketing/media.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work with many different teams within the company.
- Good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Good ICT skills and understanding of social media.
- Knowledge of education would be an advantage.
