Product Owner (Configuration Analyst)

We are seeking a Product Owner for our Config Platform to lead the evolution and optimisation of our configuration capabilities. The role is for a proactive leader who values transparency and clear communication, with 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Configuration Analyst, or in a similar technical delivery role.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Configuration Analyst, or in a similar technical delivery role
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Strong experience leading cross-functional delivery and managing expectations across diverse internal teams
• Experience working with complex back-office tools or CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a significant plus)
• Familiarity with tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Productboard
• Excellent English skills with a focus on creating clear, structured documentation and guiding stakeholders through change
