Infopulse, Part of Tietoevry Create, is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a QA Team Lead.

In this role, you will take ownership of test planning, execution, and quality assurance for complex telecom system.

When joining Tietoevry Create as a QA Team Lead

• You will plan, organize, and control various types of testing: functional, integration, acceptance, regression, and performance

• You’ll be responsible for quality control of deliverables and coordinate the defect management lifecycle

• You will prepare and share regular progress reports on testing activities

• You will monitor daily progress, assess risks, and escalate critical blockers to ensure timely resolution

• You will ensure complete business requirements coverage and proactively identify quality improvement opportunities

• You will develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for enhanced efficiency

• You will foster team stability and resilience in high-pressure situations

• You will help define and maintain internal QA processes and best practices

Who we are looking for

• You have at least 5 years of experience in both manual and automated testing (Java)

• You have experience creating test strategies, test cases, and test plans

• You understand integration testing and automation tools

• You have at least 2 years of experience in IT and telecom, working with billing systems and BSS/OSS solutions

• You are familiar with billing, rating, CRM, and product management processes

• You understand the architecture of billing systems, including interfaces, modules, APIs, and integrations

• You have a good command of SQL and can write queries for data validation

• You are proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and test management systems

• You are familiar with database basics

• You have experience with REST and SOAP APIs

• You understand the full software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies

• You have proven experience leading QA teams and working on complex transformation projects

• You have experience in participating in large-scale transformation projects
