Requirements
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification/education/experience
- 1 year desktop support/imaging experience
- Experience setting up and configuring Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience installing, troubleshooting and customizing Microsoft Office
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra
- Experience troubleshooting workstation hardware issues
- Experience in general PC hardware configuration including BIOS/UEFI, drivers, etc.
