As our People Partner, you will be dedicated to driving business outcomes by cultivating a highly effective and engaged partnership with people managers providing them with pragmatic, commercial and employee-focused advice. Working closely with management at all levels to improve talent development, manage performance, execute people processes and facilitate feedback across the company, you will help empower people managers to be as effective and impactful as possible. Reporting to the Head of People & Talent the people partner plays a critical role in delivering strategic partner support across multiple locations, including the UK, US, Portugal, France and Dubai.

This role and the team are hybrid based out of Telephone House in Shoreditch, London. This role does have in-office expectations because of how we operate as a team and business, and although we’re really open to what those are and how they work, this team does require 3 days a week together in the office.

We regret that we are not open to fully remote applications right now for this reason, but what we can offer is a flexible working approach which can be discussed per role and a host of team cultural activities and treats in our office.

Requirements

You Will:

  • Business partner with key people managers to, implement, and execute new people strategies, as well as assess and improve existing people strategies.
  • Proactively manage Employee Relations (ER) cases, building the capabilities of people managers and working with teams generally to provide guidance and support on correct HR procedures.
  • Provide input into organisational design discussions i.e. information about talent for succession planning and attrition risks.
  • Support with implementing policies and projects that address the workplace environment, employee engagement and any retention issues.
  • Lead on a range of HR and Business projects

You Have:

  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and working practices
  • Minimum CIPD level 5 or are currently working towards it
  • Experience working in a complex, fast moving environment
  • AgileHR experience which would be extremely desirable
  • Excellent business partnering skills demonstrating the right level of challenge and influence to get results
  • Experience working with a HRIS
  • An empathetic people approach and the ability to communicate effectively with all audiences face to face and in writing
