We're looking for an Exceptional Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between our advanced AI technologies and the operational needs of our healthcare customers. You will work directly with healthcare providers to deploy and integrate our solutions, tailoring them to meet unique challenges and ensuring they deliver maximum value. Your efforts will empower healthcare organizations to operate more efficiently, ultimately improving patient care.

Your Role:

• Collaborate: Partner with customers to understand their workflows, systems, and pain points to customize our solutions effectively in close collaboration with Technical Product Managers (TPMs), Platform Engineers and the Customer Experience (CX) team.
• Build: Engineer and own the software solutions that are deployed to customers. Write code to improve products and scale our capabilities to more customers and use cases.
• Deploy: Lead the implementation and integration of our platform into customer environments, ensuring seamless operation with existing systems.
• Support: Provide hands-on technical support during deployment, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Over 3 years of experience in a customer or product-facing technical role such as Full Stack Developer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
• Proficiency in Python and strong software development fundamentals knowledge
• Experience with APIs, web services, and integration of complex systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment tools.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications in business solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
