The Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive healthcare campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will manage marketing assets, coordinate with advertising agencies, and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmaceutical marketing or a related healthcare field, strong project management skills, be detail-oriented and possess the ability to provide client-facing support while managing multiple projects.
You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns
- Create and implement strategic integrated marketing campaigns that align with stated goals and objectives to drive growth and customer engagement.
- Asset Management: Oversee the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing assets, including digital content, social media, and dynamic content, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
- Project Management: Manage marketing projects from conception to completion, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Client-Facing Support: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing support and ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and collaboration.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns meet high standards of accuracy, quality, and consistency. Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of content and creative assets.
- High Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suite: Utilize tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides to create reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
Problem Solving: Identify marketing challenges and proactively develop innovative solutions to address them. Adapt strategies and tactics based on performance data and market feedback. - Self-Starter: Take initiative to drive projects forward independently, demonstrating a proactive approach to marketing challenges and opportunities.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on strategy development, project management, and client relations.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and working with advertising agencies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
