Content Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a creative storyteller who can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives and who understands how to align content with SEO, lead generation, and brand voice. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to drive awareness, nurture leads, and support enrollment in our language and cultural training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit persuasive, audience-focused content in English for multiple digital platforms
• Develop blog articles, promotional copy, email series, and web content that align with content strategy and SEO goals
• Optimize copy for performance across organic and paid channels
• Maintain a consistent tone and voice that reflects the Berlitz brand
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging with business objectives
• Stay current on language learning trends and educational content best practices

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in English with excellent writing, grammar, and editing skills
• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and content performance metrics
• Experience in education, EdTech, or related industries is a plus
• Comfortable managing multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced environment
