Contract Duration: 1+ Years
Hourly Rate: $100-$105 per hour

Position Overview:
We are looking for three highly skilled Project Managers to join our team for the Fiscal Year 2025 PACC and Digital Tools Spread projects. These positions are remote, and candidates will work PST hours. The ideal candidates will possess strong project management expertise and have experience in implementing Epic front-end revenue cycle solutions, specifically in the appointment and scheduling areas. A background in call center operations and Epic implementation is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the implementation of Epic digital tools, including Decision Trees, Waitlist/FastPass, MyChart direct and ticket scheduling, and online scheduling.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of Epic front-end revenue cycle elements.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clinical, operational, and technical teams, to ensure seamless integration and execution of project initiatives.
  • Utilize strong technical knowledge of Epic systems to navigate complex implementation challenges, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve project goals.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across all project participants to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare technology and digital tool implementation.
  • Familiarity with the front-end revenue cycle, specifically the appointment and scheduling aspects of Epic.
  • Hands-on experience with Epic’s Scheduling and Registration modules, either from an end-user or implementation perspective.
  • Previous experience in call center operations or Epic implementation is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in healthcare consulting or in a similar role within a healthcare organization.
  • Strong understanding of Epic’s Decision Trees, Waitlist/FastPass, MyChart, and other digital scheduling tools.
