This is a contracted position for 6+ months. This positions offers 60% of fee sharing. Equivalent to $60-$70 per hour.

Job Title: Epic Willow Analyst
Job Type: Full-Time Contracted 6+ months
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Compensation: $60.00–$70.00 per hour (based upon experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Willow Consultant to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Ambulatory modules, with proven experience in build, optimization, and end-user support. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pharmacy workflows are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform system design, build, and configuration of Epic Willow modules (Inpatient and/or Ambulatory).

  • Collaborate with pharmacy and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that support clinical and operational goals.

  • Optimize current Willow workflows and medication management practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to medication ordering, dispensing, and administration.

  • Support integration with third-party systems including automation, medication cabinets, and inventory systems.

  • Participate in project planning, testing, training, and go-live support for new implementations or upgrades.

  • Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations and processes.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in all build and support activities.

Qualifications:

  • Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Ambulatory certification (required; must be current ).

  • Minimum of 3 years of Epic Willow experience in a healthcare setting.

  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, medication workflows, and clinical decision support.

  • Experience with Epic upgrade cycles, system testing, and validation.

  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Informatics, IT, or related field (preferred).

  • Previous experience supporting large-scale healthcare organizations or hospital systems.

Work Environment:

  • 100% Remote (must have reliable high-speed internet and secure work environment).

  • Standard working hours with occasional flexibility based on project needs..

  • Collaboration via video conferencing, email, and project management tools.
