About Funaab
The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) was established on January 1, 1988, by the Federal Government of Nigeria. What began as a specialized institution has transformed into a vibrant university, covering an extensive area of about 10,000 hectares in the northeastern end of Abeokuta, Ogun State. FUNAAB prides itself on its tripodal mandate, focusing on Teaching, Research, and Extension Services.
FUNAAB offers a comprehensive array of academic programs, with a total of 351 programs.
