The Account Manager – GSI will drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction by managing data and administrative processes for GSI Operations. You'll maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, oversee inforce plan administration, and support strategic initiatives with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of customer care or operational experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting/cleaning)
- Strong ability to interpret, analyze, and act on business and customer data
