The Director of RWE BI Products will lead a team of BI developers, creating dashboards and reporting products for external clients. The role involves providing consultation and communication with internal and external stakeholders, identifying tasks for project success, and supporting the development of enterprise BI strategy.

Requirements

• 10 + years of related professional experience
• Experience creating data products for life science/pharmaceutical industry
• Skilled in Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, ETL, Spark, Python, and big data frameworks
• In-depth understanding of Tableau, Domo, PowerBI, Thoughtspot, or similar tools
• Experience deploying dashboards and reporting features for external users
• Experience with ‘white-labeling’ BI tools
• Strong presentation and communication abilities
• Demonstrated leadership experience, proactive management, team orientation, and dedication to client service
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, resolve complex problems, and manage projects efficiently
• Capability to think creatively and adapt when needed, quick decision-making skills
• Proficient analytical skills, including quantitative analysis, reporting solutions expertise, and awareness of advanced analytic tools and principles
