The Design & Marketing Specialist supports CaRMS by creating visually compelling, brand-aligned, and audience-focused marketing and communications materials. The role blends design, marketing execution, and marketing operations, including automation and workflow optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of work experience in design, marketing, or creative communications.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere).
- Experience using tools such as Asana, Microsoft 365, WordPress, MailChimp.
- Demonstrated experience, through a portfolio, of creating content for digital platforms.
- Experience working in a not-for-profit organization.
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
