We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Localization Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy professional with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail. As a Senior Localisation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing localisation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (customer/revenue/internal customer) to define scope and specific requirements for delivery of projects.
  • Work with Account Manager and Business Relationship Managers to understand the customer's requirements and take full ownership of job management from end to end.
  • Ideally have experience with localization software such as Trados or MemoQ.
  • Have a good level of understanding different file formats, and familiar with working with and editing XML types.
  • Client liaison point of contact for queries in relation to job once quote completed.
  • Work with and assign jobs to contract translators from a wide diversity of cultural backgrounds and disciplines.
  • Carry out the translation jobs for some project or review of projects if required.
  • Handle technical aspects of translation including multimedia production, multilingual websites, and interaction with our development team.
  • Work closely with Vendor Management team for the planning and sourcing of new vendors.
  • Respond to client enquiries for translation projects.
  • Prepare costings for clients if required.
  • Handle client feedback on translation projects.
  • Do general administrative and office tasks as requested.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent verifiable experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Customer obsessed - great customer service skills
  • Significant experience in the translation/localization industry
  • Knowledge and experience within the industry
  • MS Word and Excel skills to intermediate level
  • Positive attitude with a good sense of humor
  • Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic

Work Flexibility:
Work from home setup
Work Schedule:
5:00am or 6:00am start shift
