Role Description:

As a Thalamus Technical Talent Partner, you will collaborate with the Talent Business Partner to source and hire talent-dense candidates. You will be responsible for developing a top-of-funnel sourcing strategy to attract high-quality candidates while focusing on providing a Raving Fans top-notch candidate experience.

You will....

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
  • Partner closely with the Talent Business Partner and Hiring Managers to understand the specific requirements and nuances of each role, ensuring alignment between candidate profiles and job descriptions
  • Create a sourcing strategy to build a top-of-funnel for a rotating portfolio of technical job requisitions
  • Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data and metrics with internal stakeholders to optimize our top-of-funnel strategy and continuously improve our overall effectiveness in attracting top talent
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search, talent mapping, and online communities, to uncover and engage passive candidates

You should have…

  • 4+ years of experience successfully sourcing and engaging candidates across technical and non-technical teams
  • A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth technology company or startup
  • Experience with the end-to-end recruitment process for key technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates across Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering
  • Proven success in building and managing candidate pipelines for multiple roles in varying stages of the interview process, with an emphasis on candidate experience
  • Experience partnering closely with technical senior leaders, hiring teams, and recruiting to influence at various levels in an organization
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster relationships with high-potential candidates, even when they are not actively job hunting
  • Must sit or be willing to work in either PST/CST time zone

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000 and a grant of stock options. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
