Mentorship
Each Earl Woods Scholar is partnered with a dedicated mentor who serves as an advocate, career coach, personal advisor and role model throughout their college experience.
Workshops
The Earl Woods Scholar Program provides two-to-three interactive learning and engagement opportunities for the scholars annually, and virtual workshops on a variety of topics.
Internship & Summer Enrichment Assistance
An emphasis on real-life work experience is highly encouraged among the Earl Woods Scholars through specialized internships offering career-building opportunities while helping students prepare for the workplace and increase their skills and knowledge in their chosen profession.
Career Development
Each scholar is prepared for a clear and focused exit strategy upon their transition from college into the next stages of their career path. The Earl Woods Scholar is provided support and coaching in areas of grad school prep and/or developing practical skills for navigating entry into the career market.
