We are looking for a team member to join our part-time position as Office Coordinator / Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and have a liking for order in the office and calendar. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and can work independently and proactively.
Requirements
- Ensure things run smoothly
- Be organized, reliable, and have a liking for order in the office and calendar
- Have the desire to work around 15-20 hours per week, ideally regularly a few days a week (at least on Mondays and Thursdays)
- Cooperate on the basis of a contract for the performance of work
- Basic experience with administration is a plus
- Independence and proactivity
- Ability to arrive at the office before agreed blocks
- MS Office - Word/Excel/Outlook
- English on a communicative level
