About Teton

Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care — using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment. Our proprietary computer-vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident acuity, and streamline workflows across entire facilities. Our platform delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering healthcare providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Teton’s brand strategy, positioning, and voice, ensuring alignment with company mission, values, and growth goals.

  • Craft and run creative brand campaigns that elevate awareness and engagement across priority audiences — from healthcare operators, residents, and broader industry stakeholders.

  • Own and steward Teton’s brand identity, maintaining visual and verbal consistency across all touchpoints — including website, campaigns, events, sales collateral, and internal communications.

  • Drive content strategy and production across formats (e.g., blog posts, case studies, videos, thought leadership), in partnership with design, product marketing, and external creators.

  • Build and manage a social media presence that reflects our brand values, supports community engagement, and amplifies key content and initiatives.

  • Develop, track, and report on brand performance metrics (e.g., brand awareness, sentiment, engagement, and affinity), providing insights and actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement.

  • Establish and maintain brand guidelines and centralized brand assets, ensuring internal alignment and ease of use across teams.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, performance and product marketing, and leadership to ensure brand execution supports broader commercial goals and go-to-market priorities.

  • Support external-facing initiatives, including media partnerships, PR, and thought leadership efforts to strengthen brand visibility and industry credibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth B2B environment or within the healthcare/tech sector.

  • Strong storytelling and creative instincts, with the ability to translate technical products into compelling, human narratives that resonate across personas.

  • Proven track record leading end-to-end brand campaigns, from concept and execution through to measurement and iteration.

  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with fluency in developing content across channels and audiences.

  • Proficiency with brand and content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CMS platforms; working knowledge of SEO and content distribution best practices.

  • Analytical and insights-driven mindset, with experience tracking brand metrics (e.g., awareness, sentiment, engagement) and using them to inform strategy.

  • Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple initiatives while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

  • Collaborative, low-ego team player who thrives in an interdisciplinary environment and enjoys partnering with product, design, and GTM teams.

  • Resourceful, adaptable, and self-motivated, with a bias for action and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup setting.

  • Bonus: Experience with brand sentiment analysis, PR/media relations, or B2B content tailored to different stages of the buyer journey.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary and participation in our warrant program (stock options).

  • Work with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field.

  • A vibrant, learning-focused work environment.

  • A role where you can make a significant impact on healthcare delivery.

We are Teton.ai, and we embarked on our journey in 2020 with a clear mission: to support the nurses and caregivers who form the backbone of our healthcare system. Recognizing the immense pressure they face due to a global staffing shortage and ever-increasing workloads, we decided to harness the power of artificial intelligence and computer vision. Our goal is to create an AI companion for nurses, a system that helps monitor patients effectively and optimize critical workflows. [2, 3] We believe that by automating routine tasks and providing real-time, actionable insights, our technology can significantly transform the healthcare landscape. This allows dedicated healthcare professionals to redirect their invaluable time and energy towards what truly matters – delivering high-quality, compassionate care to every single patient.

Our approach involves installing smart cameras and sensors in hospital rooms and care facilities. These devices utilize advanced computer vision to scan for patient activity and updates, feeding this information into a web application that alerts nurses when their attention is required. [3, 9, 12] This isn't about replacing the human touch; it's about augmenting it, providing an extra set of eyes and ears so nurses can focus on delivering the best possible care. We've trained our AI using extensive hospital datasets and invaluable feedback from nurses themselves to ensure it provides the right support in high-pressure clinical environments. Privacy is paramount in our design; all analysis occurs within a closed system, and no personal data is uploaded to central servers, ensuring patient confidentiality. [2, 13] Early trials in Denmark have been promising, indicating a potential reduction in night shift workload by as much as 25%, giving nurses more control and more time for their patients. [2, 3] We're passionate about making a tangible difference, and we're just getting started. We see so many opportunities to further assist care staff and believe we've only scratched the surface of what's possible with this technology. We are committed to solving problems that matter by shipping products that work, today, because the stakes in healthcare are incredibly real.
